General Privacy: Identifying Information Usage

Blond Brain Studio respects the privacy of our clients and website visitors. Wherever we feature portfolio images of our clients, we have secured a model release and do not ever post correlating name or location information. Particularly where minors are concerned, we feel this is an important security step. When we post proofs for our clients in galleries, we always password protect the set, and only provide that password directly to the client. While the client is free to share gallery access with whomever she wishes, we will never give out the password to any other parties; our clients control access to their session images.

There are a few instances on this website where you have the opportunity to submit your contact information (name, email, etc.) While we do save these (offline) in case we need to contact you in return, we do not ever share these with any outside party. We will never make them web-viewable to other visitors. We do analyze our website traffic in an ongoing manner, but none of the data we use is personally identifiable nor trackable to a particular user.

Your Security Online

While we have taken many steps to keep this website secure for our visitors (and from malevolent attacks), you should similarly be taking steps to protect your own computer and self anywhere online. Remember to look for the https:// part of any URL and the "locked" symbol (for Secure server) anywhere you share your credit card information, and that includes the links you may get to from this website. We try to only share safe links, but cannot be responsible for security and privacy anywhere except this domain. When you use our gallery and cart provider (instaproofs.com) to view proofs and purchase products, you'll be subject to their own security and privacy provisions. Remember there is no such thing as perfect security anywhere, including online. But barring that, we do try our best to keep our clients safe while they are here.

We strongly recommend that all users of the internet use only modern browsers, employ strong (different!) passwords on their machines and at websites, use a firewall at home and malware-protection software on each machine, and be vigilant about installing updates for all of these measures.
